40gsm Dye Sublimation Heat Transfer Paper

Dye sublimation paper is the pigment carrier of chemical fiber sublimation printing. Usually the water-based ink printing paper has been coated on the transfer paper, and then sublimated into the polyester fiber cloth (not less than 70% of the blended fabric) through the 210°C transfer machine. Its color transfering fastness has reached the international level 4 standards. 

The printing method is environmentally-friendly, providing better protection of the human body and social environment. Digital transfer printing is widely used in clothing, home textiles, decoration and other soft materials packaging.

Application

The industrial light sublimation transfer paper roll is OK to match triple-head, four-head, six-head, eight-head printers.  They can be widely used in heat transfer of apparel and textiles, promotional products, signage and banners, home decors, personalized gifts,  fashion accessories, interior design, etc.

Packaging and Shipping

The 40gsm paper rolls is regular cut to 400meters or 1000meters. Can be packed into carton or wrapped by waterproof kraft paper, according to specific situations. 

For container loading, we can load container carton by carton, or pack the rolls on pallets, according to clients’ requests.
